What in the world is a personal brand? Do I need one?

Plain and simple, yes you do. I'm not talking about creating a logo or catchy commercial but branding yourself online. How are people viewing you? If you think you do not have an online presence and don't need one, you are wrong. It does not matter what industry you are aiming for or are currently in, people are finding you online and they expect to learn more about you.
