NY Creative Interns Event with Warby Parker 

Be Biased Towards Action: Stories of Career Growth from Warby Parker

Meet and hear from members of the Warby Parker team who have grown from the Customer Experience team into other creative roles. Leave with tips and insight into how you can take the next step in your own career by having a “Bias Toward Action,” one of Warby Parker’s core values. Bonus, Warby Parker is hiring!

Education Recruitment Program 

Have the opportunity to apply and be pre-selected for on-campus interviews (to be held during March and April) with local and out-of-state school districts, privet and charter schools, and nonprofit organizations for a variety of certified teaching, therapy, administrative, and counseling positions for the 2013-2014 school year. 

You MUST attend one orientation where a staff member will explain application procedures and deadlines for the program and sign you up to participate. 

Eligibility: Hofstra Education Recruitment program is for senior undergraduate studentd and graduate students in their final year at Hofstra. ONLY December 2012, May 2013, and August 2013 Hofstra graduates are eligible to participate in this program.

ACFE Presents: Young and New Professionals Seminar

Entering into the Fraud Profession from the point of view of an FBI Agent, a Lawyer, an Accountant, and a Private Investigator! This is an excellent opportunity for students considering fraud prevention and detection as a prospective career, as well as those who are new to the field, to network with experienced colleagues.

IRTS Multicultural Career Workshop
