The Commercial Banking
Development Program's primary objective is to provide participants with a
strong foundation in credit analysis and decision principles. In this two-year
program, you'll acquire the fundamentals of understanding and identifying
credit risk and learn how to mitigate that risk. You'll also build the
foundation for making informed lending decisions within any of our unique lines
of Commercial Banking business.
All participants spend
their first year in a credit role. The second year of the program consists of
additional rotations that may include treasury, product, sales and service,
portfolio management, or specialty finance.
Upon completion of the
training program, you'll become an active member of a specific banking team,
working alongside experienced associates.

Pride Recruiting is the
on-campus interview program that brings first-round interviews to you!
Through Pride Recruiting, students can interview at The Career Center; it
is recommended for students in all majors. Students must attend one of
the mandatory Pride Recruiting orientations, an Interview to Impress workshop,
and a Mock Interview. Students interested in obtaining an internship should
also attend one of the Pride Recruiting orientation sessions. All sessions are
held at The Career Center. Please bring your resume, which will be critiqued
immediately following the orientation.
The earlier orientation
you attend, the more time you have to prepare and research the companies you
apply to.

Learn the secrets of
successful interviews! This workshop highlights the formats and stages of the
interview process. A professional career counselor covers specific strategies
for effective interviewing in many situations, including on-campus interviews.
This workshop is mandatory for all PrideRecruiting participants.
