The Commercial Banking Development Program's primary objective is to provide participants with a strong foundation in credit analysis and decision principles. In this two-year program, you'll acquire the fundamentals of understanding and identifying credit risk and learn how to mitigate that risk. You'll also build the foundation for making informed lending decisions within any of our unique lines of Commercial Banking business.
All participants spend their first year in a credit role. The second year of the program consists of additional rotations that may include treasury, product, sales and service, portfolio management, or specialty finance.
Upon completion of the training program, you'll become an active member of a specific banking team, working alongside experienced associates.
