The Commercial Banking
Development Program's primary objective is to provide participants with a
strong foundation in credit analysis and decision principles. In this two-year
program, you'll acquire the fundamentals of understanding and identifying
credit risk and learn how to mitigate that risk. You'll also build the
foundation for making informed lending decisions within any of our unique lines
of Commercial Banking business.
All participants spend
their first year in a credit role. The second year of the program consists of
additional rotations that may include treasury, product, sales and service,
portfolio management, or specialty finance.
Upon completion of the
training program, you'll become an active member of a specific banking team,
working alongside experienced associates.
